Orienteering - The Sport!
There are many opportunities to get involved in
the Sport of orienteering in Cumbria. There are several very active
clubs with a lot going on.
Most of the major competitions
within the county are held on Sunday mornings. But clubs also have mid
week activities which are often very informal, eg.
WCOC's Informal Events on Thursdays throughout
the year..
The main thing
though is that the sport is open to all ages and all abilities with
courses on offer to suit everyone.
